Roger Kleier (b.1958) began playing electric guitar at age 13 and studied composition at NTSU & USC. He has developed a broad vocabulary that draws from improv, classical music, blues, jazz & rock, also utilizing extended techniques & digital technology.
Collaborators include Annie Gosfield, Elliott Sharp, Fred Frith, Davey Williams, Ikue Mori, Carl Stone, Phill Niblock, and many others.
